1. Quality issues

Differences in quality standards and variation in product quality can occur between samples and mass production.

Therefore, we employ our own people to perform thorough quality control and prepare a professional inspection report.

We do not load goods into containers without an approved report.

2. Delivery delays

There are typically many delays in delivery times when you trade with China.

Therefore, we plan ahead and build buffer periods into the process. We are in regular contact with the subcontractors to get updates on the production and shipping.

4. Payment risks

You're always at risk of fraud or loss when prepaying to unknown Chinese suppliers.

That's why we don't charge any prepayment at all. On the contrary, if you are a loyal customer, we are willing to give you net 30 days to finance your cashflow.

5. Certification & standards

When importing products from China, many products may not meet European standards or regulatory requirements.

We make sure that all our suppliers can document that the products meet all necessary certifications and standards. We conduct inspections before the products are shipped.
